My disappointment came with how well done my burger was. I highly recommend for a casual burger and beer! There Boss sauce that's supposed to be on the burger was nowhere to be seen or tasted, I couldn't even tell you what it was supposed to taste like. What grabbed my attention was the crinkle cut fries, I love it. We ordered their California Kid ($9.59) and their Brooksy BBQ burger (&8.79) fries ($2,89) a longboards lauger draft beer ($6.85) and small soda ($1.35). Turns out it was not. The only down side was that they closed early, buy that seemed to be on pat with most places in Pismo. Very nice environment, the place feels brand new. This place is legit with great burgers. What I mean is, I thought burgers were made of beef. I didn't care for the chili as much because it wasn't saucy enough for me. Will eat there again. If you don't care about people and not spreading germs to them, you shouldn't be working with the public!! I ordered half fries and sweet potato fries - they brought out my fries steaming. Am I glad I stopped in! I understand the owners have roots in the beef industry and the quality of their 1/3# patty supports that heritage. I went with the brooks burger and tots, yeah tots. There were only about 10 customers but the echo in the place made it pretty loud. Definitely recommend. And boom !! And even sell the cashier had to put it in as a cheeseburger no cheese. If got want a burger that is hand crafted, fresh as can be and tastes out if this world, then this is the burger place for you. I could barely finish two bites. Feb 16, 2017 by Lisa M. Fries are thick cut and seasoned perfectly. The fries are seasoned well and you can also get tater tots or crispy onions. So for a review. If your going to spend the money go to Brooks burgers and stay away from the chain restaurant. Everything was clean and updated inside. The BEST burger in the South County. It's nice to have another go to place for burgers besides cool cats and hoagies. Definitely a must when you visit Naples!!!! I regressed to my elementary years and ordered tater tots. We read that it was "the best burger" and "better than in-n-out" so we had high hopes. Friends had the salad with tri tip. I thought to myself, wow it's not your typical fast food "burnt, charred, flavorless" burger. They advertise good quality meat, but it is not so. Dining area is way to loud so don't come if you want to do a lot of visiting. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. Loved the fries also. But I will say, this burger is mess, definitely not a first date kinda of food. I guess 2 out of 3 isn't bad. Staff was very friendly and courteous as well. We ordered the Brooksy BBQ, and the Shroom, and an order of chili. Best burger ever! I got all of my co-workers hooked on Brooks; which they hate (how dare I get them addicted to delicious, affordable, local food! Great food and service, you order at the counter and then find a seat (pretty typical for Delis and burger places around here.) Their fries are good, but their tater tots are out of this world. The people that work here are so friendly and nice. Everything is so fresh! Seating at times could be challenging but we found a spot. As I watched the cook, he picked the phone up several times and texted, which was NOT cover in plastic, and set it back down. The egg bun held everything together so well until my last few bites. This combination of flavors was not only mouth watering, but extremely flavorful and cooked just right. Came out to $29. Totally our new burger spot at the beach!! So much for the good looks. If you are near by, at all hungry and pass on this you will be sorry. I tell everyone to come here if they want a great hamburger this is the place to go! The burgers were nice and juicy. Big words coming from someone who doesn't throw around  5 star reviews like slug bait. I finally made it back and they are even better(which I didn't think was possible), more refined and hold their composer as the best burger(brooksy burger and fries is my recommendation!) I had several bites with no meat. Naples, FL 34102, Pavilion Plaza Which is fine but he was under the impressions that there was jalapeños in the burger. We were able to order immediately, and our food came quickly. The cashier Kyla was extremely helpful and is at the condiment bar every 2-8 minutes cleaning and adding fresh toppings...how about that for great service?! I found the fries to be a bit undercooked for my taste; I'll ask for them crisp next time. Wonderful service,even came out to check on us several times. Looking forward to our next visit. It's a perfect option after shopping or spending a day at the beach. With a drink it was under $12....decent price. We're immediately impressed when we walk in. Large variety on menu. I will be back. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and the food is fricken amazing! So good! Love the atmosphere, really casual vibe with cool furnishings. The bacon on my sandwich was thick cut and the avocado green and perfectly ripe! They say they cook their patties to Medium unless otherwise requested. We  were looking for something fast one night and found Brooks  burger , it's great good with a great flavor. As I read the other reviews, I'm not the first to think that about the manager. Although my bun is falling apart only three bites in. Oh and the shakes were awesome too. Don’t waste your time unless you’re desperate. My husband and I will be back! It seems to me the staff had it together. We had the Brooks Basic Burger with cheese. Thank you Brooks!! Would definitely recommend and go again! I recommend it to everyone and I eat there multiple times a week. It's a must try!!! You know it's great when a picky 7 year old loves it. The grill is spotless and the staff helpful. They handled my request for no salt on the meat without any issues. Best vanilla shake in 5 cities. They have several nice beers on tap,  as well as Chardonnay & a Red Wine Blend.
